Identity Shield periodically monitors up to 10 of your email addresses. If your email address is found in a data breach, you’ll receive a notification so that you can act fast. Seal off compromised accounts, reset passwords, and protect your reputation before scammers strike.

Safari

Blocks malicious websites and alerts you to likely scam websites.

Safari Shield protects against malicious websites before they can harm you. Leveraging ScamNet Intelligence, every site you visit in Safari is scanned for malicious indicators. When a suspicious website is detected, ScamNet notifies you. If it's very confident, it blocks the page.

Phone

Blocks known scam calls and identifies likely scam calls.

Phone Shield periodically updates ScamNet’s On-Device Call Database, ensuring all lookups are performed directly on your device to safeguard your privacy. If the call is confirmed as scam, the call is blocked before your phone even rings. If it’s reported by users, you’ll receive a “Likely Scam” label, allowing you to ignore or decline at your discretion.

Messages

Blocks scam SMSes with an offline detection engine.

Messages Shield leverages a hybrid of rule-based + ML offline detection engine to filter messages. Scam messages are moved to your Junk folder. Messages Shield only has access to SMS and MMS messages from unknown senders; it doesn’t work with messages from senders in a user’s contacts list or with iMessage messages from any source.

Device Shield periodically checks your device is up to date. ScamNet will send you a notification when an update is available for your OS, ensuring vulnerabilities are patched the moment updates roll out.
