Alexander Au is the Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of ScamNet Anti-Scam Solutions (Pte. Ltd.), where he oversees financial strategy, business operations, and investor relations. As CFO, Alexander plays a key role in guiding the company’s growth, supporting strategic partnerships, and ensuring long-term financial sustainability.

Alexander brings experience across venture capital, private equity, and corporate finance. Prior to joining ScamNet, he held investment roles at Alumni & Angels, Insignia Ventures Academy, and Abacus Capital, where he focused on early-stage ventures, M&A advisory, and sustainability tech. He also served as a Founder in Residence at NUS Enterprise, contributing to the university’s startup ecosystem.

Alexander graduated with First Class Honours in Business Administration (Accountancy) from the National University of Singapore, where he also consulted in business analytics and data visualization. He holds certifications in corporate finance and Bloomberg Market Concepts.

As a co-founder, Alexander combines his finance and venture background with a deep interest in technology, helping ScamNet scale responsibly while staying mission-aligned in the fight against scams.
